Walk-in or courier
Return in person at the London desk or book a collection. Credit notes are issued the same working day once inspected.
Warranty by serial
Displays and batteries carry a recorded warranty against the serial line on your invoice, visible in your account.
Terms respected both ways
Returns are accepted without interrogation provided the Terms of Agreement are respected, no resale of damaged units, no missing components.

All trade is contracted with our UK office and invoiced from the United Kingdom.

Minimums: 5 pieces on UK stock, flexible on China Direct, 200 pieces on bulk pre-order.

The UK same-day cut-off is 15:00 GMT; later orders roll to the next working day.
- 04
Bulk deposits are 30%, balance due before dispatch, and non-refundable once production starts.
- 05
Returned lines must be complete, with original packaging and components.
- 06
Prices track exchange rates and factory quotes, and are locked at order confirmation.
